Harini my choc buat hal...ha3...memang memerlukan kesabaran yang tinggi dalam menangani coklat ni...Ya... menuntut kesabaran nih sbb yg customer punya la plak tu yg buat pasal...tapi demi memastikan customer puashati dgn hasil coklat saya....so...saya buat berkali2 sampaila ia menjadi dgn baik...

Pelajaran saya pada hari ini ialah...inti haruslah dimasukkan dengan segera sebelum lapisan bawah coklat menjadi beku...kalo tak...confirmla coklat tu retak ataw inti nyer terkeluar kat tepi2 coklat tu...so...coklat akan jadik tak kemas and tak elok la keadaan coklat tu...he3...but....ia adalah pelajaran yg terbaik...practice makes perfect...
